  • What is your return policy?
    Returns & Exchanges Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, like personal care goods (such as beauty products). Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item please contact us within 14 days of receipt, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • Are your products tested on animals?
    We love animals. So much in fact that we have an office dog named Harley. If she could talk, she would be happy to inform you that our products are cruelty-free. Additionally, the majority of our bar soaps are vegetable based. This means that no animal products have been used.
  • Are your products USA made?
    We are proud to say that we make all of our personal care products here at our factory in southeastern Massachusetts. These items may include bar soap, liquid soap, shower gel, lotion, sugar scrub, and linen spray.
  • Are there any harmful chemicals in your products?
    Our unique formulations blend the finest ingredients to cleanse and/or nourish your skin. No harmful chemicals are used to make our personal care products. Some of the ingredient names on our packaging may sound scary or be hard to pronounce, but they are actually very simple ingredients that you will only find in high-quality toiletries.
  • Does your palm oil contribute to tropical deforestation?
    Our company is RSPO certified. This means we use Mass-Balance Sustainable Palm Oil in our soap. The RSPO is a non-profit that has developed criteria which companies must comply with in order to produce Certified Sustainable Palm Oil (CSPO). These criteria help minimize the negative impact of palm oil cultivation on the environment and communities in palm oil-producing regions.
  • Does this website use cookies?
    We use cookies to enhance your experience with our site, not to track your activities. Any cookies set by our website are used solely for the normal operation of the site and retaining your preferences, for you.
  • How do you use my personal information?
    We do not give out personal customer information to third parties, ever. We respect your privacy. Any requests to be removed from mailing lists, our website, or any of our online systems where we store your information will be honored and acted on in a timely manner.
  • Why can't I ship to a PO box and what will happen if I try anyway?
    We don't ship to PO boxes because our shipping company won't deliver our products to those locations. In fact, they'll charge us extra money if they find we've attempted to and return your order to us. If this is an honest mistake on your part, we'll simply refund your money for the order and notify you by email that the order has been cancelled because of the shipping requirement. Multiple attempts to ship to a PO box will result in being banned from using our website.
  • Can I place orders over the phone?
    Unfortunately, we are not able to take payments by phone, so ordering through our site is the best option. We appreciate your understanding!
